This means that as of 1 July 2024, the legal minimum wage will rise from \u20ac13.27 to \u20ac13.68 per hour, an increase of 3.1 per cent. The additional 1.2 per cent increase voted for by the Lower House in April will not go ahead. In the Senate, it turned out that there was no majority for this.<\/p>\n

The next indexation is scheduled for 1 January 2025. However, it is not yet known by what percentage the legal minimum wage will rise then.
