Ladies, how did you end up at Scepter Arbeidsbemiddeling & Advies B.V?
Patrycja: During my search for a side job, I saw an ad from Scepter on Facebook. I responded and was positively surprised by the quick contact and quickly visited Scepter’s office where we discussed all the conditions of the job I was interested in.
Ewelina: I came to Scepter through an online advertisement in which I was interested. I contacted the office and after I visited and we discussed everything regarding the job, I started working.
What was your first impression of Scepter on arrival in the Netherlands? How were you taken care of and helped in your first weeks?
Ewelina: My first impression was very positive. From the beginning, I was given all the necessary information. Scepter’s coordinators helped me with all the formalities. After I started, I could count on support and answers to all my questions, this made the adjustment much easier for me. What is also nice is that I can communicate with my coordinator in my mother tongue.
What company and position do you work for? What do you like about the work you do?
Patrycja: I started working in Veghel at Splash Design. Here my duties included packing motorbike clothing. I have very good memories of my time there, everything was super! I still work at Splash regularly when there are projects, I love coming there. At the moment I work in cleaning at different companies, I am also very satisfied with this.
Ewelina: I work as a cleaner. As a cleaner, I clean holiday homes, restaurants and offices, among other things. What I like about my job is that I can work at different locations, I can develop myself in my work and I also like the fact that I have clear tasks. In addition, the atmosphere is good and all colleagues are very helpful.
When you started, how were you taken care of by your new colleagues? What was the beginning of your work like?
Patrycja: Very good. I was well taken care of and felt at home very quickly. Cooperation with colleagues is also very nice, I always felt welcome! Considering my previous experiences, really a difference.
Ewelina: Everyone is very helpful. Step by step it was explained to me how to do the work, I was given tips and told what to look out for. This helped me to quickly get away with my responsibilities which is good for my self-confidence.
How do you find the cooperation with Scepter Arbeidsbemiddeling & Advies B.V (contact, payouts, etc.)?
Patrycja: The cooperation is going really well. It is also a real cooperation, the contact with my coordinator is super. The payments are always on time and if I have any questions they are answered immediately and where necessary solved immediately. I also really like the flexibility I have at the moment. If I ever need a day off or want to work at different times, this is often not a problem.
Ewelina: The cooperation is very nice. Salaries are always correct and on time and I can always contact my coordinator or the office should I have any questions.
Finally, would you recommend Scepter to others? If so, why?
Patrycja: For persons looking for (part-time) work, Scepter is definitely recommended. What I like most are the clear agreements and transparency.
Ewelina: Absolutely! I would recommend Scepter to anyone looking for work. Scepter helps you with everything and, in addition, they also offer the possibility of housing, which makes it easier to start working here, in the Netherlands. I am very satisfied with the work and conditions.
