Stap 1: a get-to-know each other conversation at our office.
We will invite you for a conversation at our office in Volkel. We will talk there about your cv, but most of all who your are and what you are looking for. Our employees speak a few languages so you can have your conversation in Dutch, English, Polish and German with us.
Stap 2: we will look for a match.
We will have a look if we can find a match with one of our clients. Also if we can’t find a match we will help you further. For example with useful tips for your cv or feedback based on our conversation. With Scepter you will always make a step forward.
Stap 3: meeting with the client on location.
If there is a match, we will introduce you with our client. Together we will visit the organization and will we discuss the benefits and cons of the job. So that you will have a fair view of your future working environment and can make a clear judgement if the job suits you.
Stap 4: you will sign the contract.
Does it feel good from both sites? Then we will make your contract in order. In the digital app you will find everything: the contract, the secondary employment conditions and information about the safety rules and Arbo-rules. Uncluttered and easy!
Stap 5: first day at work.
You will not go alone on your first working day. Someone of the Scepter team will go together with you, no matter at what time you will start work. Because we will do it with the three of us: employee, client and Scepter. Especially on an important moment as your first day in work.
Stap 6: we will stay in touch.
You will start the job. We will still be there for you. We will arrange your language training or a training that you want to follow. Also, we will have contact regularly about how it is going. Do you have a problem? You can always reach us. Whether it’s about settlement matters with the tax authorities or a doctors appointment where you need someone to help you with translation. Because if you feel good, you will work with pleasure.
