For one of our clients in Tilburg we are looking for a pre-batcher. Our client is an international company that is making and (re)packing food ingredients for big international customers. It is real family company established in 1951.
As a pre-batcher you will be part of the small, logistic team. Your goal as a pre-batcher is to collect and prepare raw materials for the production of food products. How you will do this? First of all you will receive picklists and recipes so that you know which raw materials you have to collect. The collection will take place with a heftruck and/or reachtruck. During you are collection the materials, you are checking the badge numbers based on the picklist and the data that is mentioned on the raw materials. After you have collected all raw material you will weigh them. Based on the recipe you know how much you need to have. When that is done, you will put the products on a pallet and deliver them to the production department so that they can go on with the production, job done!
The work takes place in a 3-shift pattern from Monday to Friday. Each week you will have a different shift. In the weekends you will have free time, to relax and rest after a week of hard working.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is living in the area of Tilburg with own accommodation and transport;
- Someone who is looking for a long term job;
- Someone who can work disciplined;
- Someone who takes care about his job;
- Someone who speaks English;
- Someone who has experience and certificates for driving a hef- and reachtruck.
What you will get back
- Travel allowance of €0,21,- per kilometer (>10km), with a maximum up to €10,15,- a day;

- Salary of €15,35,- (incl. 21,5% shift allowance).
